Arriving promptly for your reservation helps us maintain a relaxing experience for everyone & allows our nail techs to provide the best care without feeling rushed. If you can, we recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes early—your loose leaf tea will be waiting!
We’re big on transparency, especially when it comes to fairly compensating our talented nail techs. We charge for gel removal to ensure our team is properly paid for the extra time & effort it takes, whether the gel is from keen or elsewhere. Plus, when clients add this service during booking, it helps us keep the schedule running smoothly. Thanks for understanding & supporting our team!
Striving towards sustainability means reducing waste in every area of our business. One way we contribute is by skipping the single-use foam sandals you often see at other salons. So, when you’re visiting us for a pedicure, don’t forget to bring your flip-flops—they decrease waste while keeping your polish fresh. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so online at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will need to call us directly as the online option will no longer be available. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the service fee, plus a 15% gratuity. Same-day cancellations, reschedules, no-shows, & group bookings will be charged the full-service fee of the original appointment. Thank you for your understanding!
