We respect our clients & employees time! Arriving to your reserved appointment in a timely manner ensures we don’t cut into the self-care experiences of other clients and allows our nail techs to not be in a rush. We recommend stopping by 5 to 10 mins early if possible. We’ll have a loose leaf tea waiting for you.

Striving towards sustainability means reducing waste in every area of our business. ⁠One way we do this is by not offering the single-use, disposable foam sandals you see at many traditional salons.⁠ When visiting our studio for pedicure-related services, don't forget to bring a pair of flip-flops to help collectively minimize waste and protect your polish post-treatment.⁠ Thanks in advance for making a small change that will positively impact our environment!

Note: Add Gel Removal

We’re big on transparency at keen. One thing we are super honest about is proper compensation for our talented nail techs. We charge for gel removal so that we can compensate our employees properly for their additional time and effort it takes to remove the gel (foreign or from keen). Plus, when clients specifically add on this removal service while booking, we are able to have our studio schedule reflect that.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment please make the cancellation online. We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance. For late cancelations past the required 24-hour notice, you will need to call us directly to cancel as the option to cancel online will not be allowed. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of service fee. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, and groups will be charged the full-service fee of your originally scheduled appointment. We appreciate your understanding!
